Going to London on business is often not at all relaxing. The whole idea of travelling to this busy city can be stressful before you start and then if you are dealing in something important that could cause you stress too. What if you could make your trip much easier and more relaxed. I am sure if you knew how you would do it.

One way to help things is to organise a hire car. This will mean that once you have landed, providing you book it in advance, you will be able to just pick up the car and get on with your onward journey. It is easy to assume that public transport is more convenient but you have to negotiate crowds of people and escalators when you have luggage and worry about being in the right place at the right time. You have to fiddle with different tickets, timetables and work out what stop to get off or whether you need to change trains or buses. It can be a real worry for some people. This is why having a car is so much better. Load in your luggage, sit down and drive away. Easy, relaxing and convenient. It will mean that you should arrive at your destination much more relaxed and ready to take on any challenges that you might face there. At least you will not be worrying about your return journey and whether you will manage to catch your flight on time as you will be in control.

As Luton airport is not one of the two most famous of London’s airports then you may wonder whether it has all the facilities that they do. It is smaller so there is not so much there as the others but there is still plenty to keep you amused if you are wandering around waiting for your flight. There are a series of clothes shops and restaurants where you can either browse and buy things that you forgot to pack or have a nice relaxing coffee and croissant or a full meal if you need to. There are plenty of things for the family too including some gaming areas, baby feeding facilities and of course nappy changing facilities with the main toilets.

There are also the facilities that you would expect with any airport such as departure lounges including business and upper class areas and bureau de change for getting your holiday money changed back or getting the currency you need for your onward destination. There is even a travel centre where you can catch trains or buses, hire cars and get taxis to help you get to your final destination. Everything is easy to find, well signposted and there are plenty of friendly staff to help you if you are still stuck. So do not worry about it not being so well known, you will find that Luton airport has all of the facilities that you need to make your time there fun and comfortable.
